Hi Everyone,
Happy Thursday! We got back on Sunday from Lake Placid and it’s been a hectic week to say the least! I’ll send out more club news soon but I need to get headcounts on a few things ASAP – so please read on:
1. Tri Tops: We are looking to put in an order for Tri Tops and I need about 8 more commitments to make it happen. If I order the tops by Monday they will be here in time for the Nation’s Tri. You can see what the tri top looks like HERE
They are $55.00each + $5.00 if you want it shipped, otherwise you can pick it up – I can invoice you. If you would like a tri top please respond to this email and let me know what size and gender. They come in Men’s and Women’s Small/Medium/Large/XL
Please let me know by Sunday if you would like to put in an order for a tri top.
2. Giant Acorn Weekend – September 30-October 1: Please let me know ASAP if you would like to reserve a space in the house. We need at least 12 commitments to secure the house. The cost is $70.00pp for club members - $85.00 for non members. The price includes both Friday and Saturday nights + 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts – no, we cannot prorate for only one night J. There are opportunities for relay teams so feel free to encourage your single sport friends to come and participate!

The house has 4 beds, two sofas and one sleeper sofa – additional air mattresses will be provided as needed.

3. Eagleman 70.3 June 8-11 2012: We have found a house to rent and are looking for at least 12 commitments to make it happen. No bargains here … but it’s cheaper than the Hilton, and of course you can’t beat the comraderie!
These digs are nice! 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 11 acres, private beach, yada yada. The cost is $250pp This includes 3 nights (fri, sat, sun), 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. I would need a $100 deposit ASAP and the rest would be due in late March.
Please let me know by Sunday if you would like to reserve space in this house. If we don’t get enough people we will not get the house.
